Excel Precision1510A sensor is designed for
measurement that requires high resolution and frequency response. The complete
system consists of one each of 1511A Laser head, 1521A Sensor and 1522A Signal
Processor. The 1511 Laser Head and 1521A Sensor are
independent units and can be mounted individually, which provides
excellent measurement flexibility.
When
there is a relative movement between the target and the reference
object, the beam will shine on different locations of
the detector. The user is able to determine the amount of
movement comparing the signal intensity on the detector.
Multiple measurement ranges and resolutions are available for best
measurement results.
