We understand that problems may arise, and in most cases you will be able to resolve any problems you may have by referring to the documentation.

Information to provide Tech Support:

When contacting Technical Support, please be prepared to provide as much information about the problem as possible. Include the version numbers for the Hardware and Software you are using. Include the methods you have tried to use, and what the results were and note why you feel you have a problem.

When faxing a problem description, a print out of any error messages is often helpful in determining a solution.

You may reach us in several convenient ways: through Internet, Voice and Fax.

You may reach us by sending a Fax or an E-mail containing your question. If your question is urgent, or you do not have access to any of the above methods of communication, an Excel Precision Staff may be reached by phone. Both of Excel Precision Technical Support and Information Service is normally available Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Pacific Time.
